MINDS is one of the oldest and largest non-governmental organisation catering to the needs of people with intellectual disability in Singapore.

They run 4 special education schools to cater to the educational, vocational, social and welfare needs of people with intellectual disability.

Other goals

Employment development: empowering adults with intellectual disability with vocational skills for a meaningful life
Residential services: providing accomodation, care, supervision, and rehabilitation for people with intellectual disability.
Day activity centres: enhancing the independent living skills and promoting social integration

by donating old books, toys and clothes still in usable condition. Students from 2P would be coming to the Year 1 - 3 classes during Wednesday's PIT in order to collect the items.
